   Kind hearted staff at a public sector office 1st time I ever seen. Communication is at its best level. Had been for daughter’s Aadhar enrollment had a great experience. All of the staff were waiting after the office hours also to complete the enrollment process. Very honest staff. Highly recommend for Aadhar enrollment.

   The truck they sent was too small so all my goods (including plants) were packed in so tightly that it took the guys 6 hours to pack and repack the truck. It was like a game of Tetris. But with broken plants. And I had to put things in my own car.
   Upon arrival at my new residence, they decided on their own that they wouldn’t bother to unpack my stuff to benchtop as was paid for. I got to do that myself over the next 4 days even though I had paid top dollar for a complete service.
   Unpacking let me see that they had packed 8 indoor orchids into the bottom of the boxes (some sideways). As a result, I had 8 dead and mangled plants that had to be thrown out.
   The resolution we have reached is ridiculous, but I just don’t have the time to keep on arguing about fair recompense. Paid top dollar and got 70% of the services I paid in advance for.
   Would NOT recommend.

   Had a collection booked by someone else using It’s Gotta Go, and was struck by how professional, friendly, and effective their service was. Took care to look after the goods, secured the delivery in the van, and were timely and efficient with the collection.
   I will definitely be using them myself.
