   We used Waratah to transport from South coast NSW to Tasmania and generally we were happy with the service and value. I would suggest future customers think very carefully about placement of empty containers for packing as our choice on the driveway presented some problems when being picked up (heavy load and drive sloping two directions).

   Thoroughly dishonest with no customer service.
   Tracking claims that parcel had been delivered to store for pickup and that recipient and been sent repeated reminders to pickup up the parcel. None of this is true. Also completely untrue is the Yodel lie that there is always 24 hour support. In reality there has been no access to customer support whatsoever. Their reference numbers for the parcel are not being acknowledged by their corrupt system. This prevents all forms of online communication. Their automatic phone system deliberately wastes my time before telling me that there is no-one to take the call.

   Diabolical service. Staff clearly steal parcels as they go missing when reaching the warehouses paid for cover but guess what they do not compansate for lost parcels.
   AVOID!!!!!
