   The emoloyees are so rude and lazy. One lady gave me so much attitude. If I get her again I’m going to serve her the same attitude she gives me!

   I cannot recommend Mocano Movers enough! My husband and I and my daughter and son in law were moving in to one house from our separate apartments. Jen was a delight to deal with and the moving crew was quick, efficient, incredible friendly and very careful with all our furnishings. They made the move so easy and their price was great. I’d absolutely recommend them without a second’s hesitation. Moving day is always stressful and they just made the day so pleasant (even carrying my daughters heavy furniture to the third floor). They are truly professional and a pleasure to work with.

   I came in the office in an early morning and was the only customer waiting for help. The staff who saw me was not about to help me, instead she told me to drop off my package outside in a machine. It turned out my package is lost right now and without the receipt I have no way to claim it to the post office. What a horrible customer service.

   The drivers this company hire are a menace to the roads. As a fellow semi driver I have been tail gated, brake-checked, cut off and flipped off by these unpleasant people. On top of that they constantly swerve in and out of traffic and heavily speed. There are much better options for better services provided than Hofmann.

   I’ve now used IPS for two moves – one in 2020 and one in 2022 – and both occasions have been the two most seamless moving experiences I can remember. Special shout-out to Carlos, Jose Luis and Omar for their professionalism, prompt work and friendliness. I plan to use IPS for all future moves and I encourage others to do so, too.
