I entered the store today with a package that had a pre-paid label. I was told I needed a new label because they couldn’t scan the bar code. There was nothing wrong with the label, and the representative barely communicated with me. I immediately took the same package with the same label to the UPS Store in Bedford, and they also couldn’t scan it, but they simply entered the tracking information and accepted the package – the rep there told me it was a common problem and they often have to manually enter the tracking number. In the future I’ll avoid the Burlington store and take the slightly longer drive to Bedford where the customer service and knowledge is clearly superior.
Certainly has to be some of the worst service ever, I got a call stating that my package was at this location for pickup. I arrive at the location and they make me wait 30 minutes just to tell me that it’s on the trailer heading to another location.
In 2022 your employees are telling people to wear a mask when they themselves are not wearing a mask I had to walk three blocks back to my car to get a mask to come back and take a picture where I had to take my mask off.
Blocked Boxes? What gives? UPS can deliver Amazon packages to the front door, but the USPS complains about blocked boxes? The policy on the website claims it is a hazard for a mailman to get out of the vehicle. Last time I checked, our street is free of hazards. It is the 21st century, seriously, get your junk together, and spend 3 seconds stepping out and walking to the box. Wish we had multiple mail industries so we could pick and choose the best one. Ridiculous! If UPS delivered the mail, I’d be happy with that. Our society values good customer service and the private industry has made special efforts to focus on good CS. Not here though.
