    I hired this company to handle my recent move. The F2 team with Ronny as the lead was absolutely awesome. They worked hard and were consistently moving. The team was friendly, professional and very good at what they do. The shrink wrapped the loose or delicate items and are masters at loading the truck. I really didn’t think that everything was going to fit into one truck. But they’re good at maximizing the space! Nothing was broken and they even helped me decide the best layout for the furniture in the living and sitting room. I will definitely use them for my next move and highly recommend them to anyone who has a move coming up. Make sure to request the F2 team so you can be sure to get the great service that I received.

    They will lie to you about the moving process just to get your money. I was told my move was easy and simple. Moving from Texas to New Mexico only moving a one bedroom. Not at all ! After the lie came more lies I was stuck because they make you pay a deposit. The person you speak with at the beginning will only speak to you at the beginning then they go ghost. The guys who pick up your stuff is not the same who dropped it off. They broke my dressers, came late to drop off my stuff after repeated assurances that my stuff would be delivered in 2 days it took 7 days…., they left my furniture in pieces because they didn’t have the tools to put it back together. I will be contacting the BBB and adding another complaint. Don’t waste your money and time with these people.

    PODs has consistently missed scheduled dates and failed to communicate in any capacity whatsoever throughout our move. At best, we will not have our property until the 26th, over 2 weeks later than the original date we were quoted.
