   Had to ship a bike out of state, stopped by the UPS store and the gentleman working was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

   Usually great. This visit was less so. We had sent a package to be picked up there and they refused it – sending it across town to their ground site. Pain in the neck to have to go out there – but, oh well.

   Randy and his crew have moved me multiple times. All my moves have been local. They’ve always been prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful. Better Way has never damaged even one item, and there’s never been anything missing. During my last big move, the last of my belongings were moved on an especially bitter cold day in February. This last load of boxes was going into my garage and I knew that I wouldn’t be able to park my car in my garage until I could unpack the boxes. The crew insisted on stacking the boxes in such a way that I could still park in the garage! I didn’t ask them to do this extra work but they did it anyway, and they were suffering from such cold temperatures. That’s how Better Way operates and that’s why I will never use any other mover.

   We have shipped here multiple times and have had great customer service. We have worked with several people and highly recommend! Best place to ship in the area.

   What’s your choice? You just gotta go to the post office but customer service just doesn’t mean anything to these people. Thank goodness they kill each other so we don’t have to hurt them.

   They showed up right on time this morning and got right to work.  They were all very professional, polite, friendly, and worked with smiles. Nothing was damaged.
