   It is important to remember that the US Congress has MANDATED that the post office MUST pre-fund the retirement health care of FUTURE employees. Therefore, ostensibly, the USPS runs on a deficit.
   Also, please keep in mind that we Iive in a capitalist political-economy. Therefore, and UNFORTUNATELY, if I want top notch and super efficient service I must pay for any of the various private non-governmental postal services, which are very expensive by comparison. I CANNOT expect or even demand socialist customer service within a capitalist miieu. Money will ALWAYS win while the rest of us continually struggle.
   By the way, the goal of investor capitalists is to privatize the USPS. Personally, I hope that never happens because I will not be able to pay for the increased cost of services if the USPS disappears.
   Yes, there is disorganization along with SEVERE personnel shortages but I have learned to adapt to this fact. In the meantime, I advocate for a socialist political-economy. I also tell my Congress people serving this district that we are not receiving appropriate service for our tax dollars at this postal branch.
   I am not affiliated in any way with this particular post office or any US government agency. However, I do rent a post office box at this site which speeds up considerably my ability to receive packages, primarily because employees do not have to hunt for my packages. I also find the Automated Postal Machine a Godsend.

   Bought the new LG G2 77 inch TV direct from LG and delivery was arranged through XPO. Within a day of LG shipping I was contacted by XPO for a delivery about 3 days later, on a Saturday. The day before delivery I was given my appointment window between noon – 5:00pm. Delivery was done around 1:00 PM by two guys. In and out of the house in around 10 minutes. No issues the guys were great and delivery was quick.

   Josie was super helpful with finding me a driver within a weeks notice. She contacted me throughout the process with updates on my vehicle. Pick up and delivery was quick and efficient. I went from TX to CA.

   POSTMASTER- The employees of this Lockhart branch are seasoned veterans with a real sense of entitlement in their job positions. They ALL display acts of impatience, and exude tones of verbal rudeness during longer than normal customer transactions. More vacations, reassigned locations, furlough, or perhaps termination would make for a more pleasant customer experience at Lockhart, USPS?

   Adrian and Daniel did a fantastic job!! They were very helpful and took lovely care of every detail while packing and unloading. Moving is overwhelming, but they made sure to make the house very organized and great shape. They are all polite and pleasant people,
