    Terrible service, terrible tracking, no parcel delivered.
    Aramex lost my parcel but took me over a week to tell me that. They didn’t update the tracking on it for a full week and the whatsapp and online chat stopped replying to message when I contacted customer service.
    Unfortunately another item that I purchased I found is also being sent by this horrendous company and again I have been trying to track it for a week. No online tracking updates, been sitting on processed for one week. its just a domestic delivery. Not rocket science.
    Don’t know how your business can get away with horrible service and process like that. Sadly as customers I dont get to choose where my online shops send parcels through but I have now made it a point to communicate everything to the online seller so they try not to use them in future as well as also avoid places that are shipping through Aramex. I would rather pay 10$ more for shipping but NEVER use them.
