Tracking number 2432409-17299270. my address is correct. I get a lot of packages from Amazon and they also find this address. If you have any problem, you can write to me.

In Spain it is not always easy to find the right doors in an urbanization. But simply returning the merchandise is not a solution either. I am at this address, I also receive letters in my mailbox.

Many people live here and they all receive their shipments at the same address. I hope you do better, please.

Update: 12/23/20. Review got bumped up from 1 star to 3 stars now. We were previously told the truck would not arrive until after Christmas which was almost 3 weeks after original pickup. We received a phone call yesterday 12/22/20 stating they would be here 12/23/20 between 10am and 2pm and that we would get another call when they were 30 minutes away. They arrived at 1:30pm with a knock on the door, no 30 minute phone call as mentioned. Communication again not delivered as promised although we were relieved they arrived “with in the promised time window this time”. The 3 man crew this time were very nice and all wore masks. They all worked hard and got everything unloaded with in 30-40 minutes. Just about everything remained in tact with the exception of one leg on a piece of furniture but it was an easy fix so we were not worried about it. In a summary, the moving crew itself did a decent job and we were happy with them however their coordinator department is terrible.
    12/10/20 Review:
Our time window was 8-12 noon 12/10/20 for pick up and would get a call 30-60 minutes before arrival. At 12:30pm no call no show. My parents then called the company to see what’s up and we were told we would get a call in 20 minutes. The company states they couldn’t call me because they never had my contact info. (Well they obviously still had my parents info who set up the service yet they didn’t call them either!) They’re also full of it because My name is printed on the Power of Attorney letter which I was told was needed since I’m the primary contact onsite and my parents are out of state at the new place. (Glad I was already on site at the storage place!) Around 1:20 I got a call stating the GPS states 18 minute arrival. They finally arrived. I wasn’t mad about them being late and understand it happens but can someone such as the moving coordinator pick up the phone and make a call? After onsite for 5 minutes, I then was informed the rate will have to increase because it’s more items than expected. What?!?!? What’s next now? Ok, no problem. Well we ended up getting charged double!!!! One guy states the company usually charges $125 to wrap a desk but he’s “doing me a favor and taking care of it”. What!!?!?!? After the promise window wasn’t meat your going to dish that out to me? I then became irritated but didn’t really fuss. The 3 man crew did work hard and wrapped things up nicely and I’m glad they had enough room, well actually there is plenty of room in the truck at short notice. They had plenty of blankets, tape and boxes onsite in their truck, for when they are ready to price gouge you and charge you double after arriving. 🙂 They did wrap furniture up nicely and protected it well which is nice however we shall see if it arrives in the same condition as when they picked it up. I gave them bottled water and each a $40 tip for working so hard even tho they were late. They blamed it on the coordinator. I found out they’re a 3rd party moving service that contracts out moving jobs. Not good. There’s no coordination. They asked when the earliest date move can be delivered. I asked if they charged extra for Saturday, and was told no. I informed them house closing is the next day and Saturday 12/12/20 and they nodded their heads. We just find out today a week later the moving truck will not arrive until after Christmas!!!!!! We were told that it usually takes no longer than a week for transit to delivery. After lots of phone calls trying to resolve the issues, we got screwed. They don’t care. They have all the stuff in a truck that we’re stuck with out until they decide to deliver it. Never again will this company get our business and I hope you don’t get screwed over by this company either should you do business with them. This is not over, BBB is next. You’re better off renting a UHaul truck yourself and saving a ton of money and grief, only if you have time. Well actually we have a lot of time now while we sit here and twiddle our thumbs for up to 3 weeks on that 1 week promise we received.
    This company really sucks!!!!

This is not the closest Post Office from my house but the fast service and friendly staff make it well worth traveling the extra distance!

I stopped going to the counter because the new lady is extremely rude and throws your boxes carelessly behind her and she will even miss the bin sometimes. She always talks to her “boo” saying how she’s stuck working work and never taking enough vacations. Never again

Zaid and Phil were wonderful. They arrived on time, moved everything with absolutely no breakage. They were pleasant and worked very hard. I highly recommend these guys!

Highway Robbery. Double check the shipping prices and sizing on your receipt. Go across the street to fedEx or print your own labels, you’ll save a lot of money!

I love my UPS store at Lewis Plaza on Augusta Street. I was there yesterday making over 900 copies of a document, and Nirav couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! It’s a great store for all your UPS needs and there’s parking and hey, shop at Harris Teeter or have lunch at one of the restaurants nearby! Thank you Nirav for your great service!
