    I’m surprised by the one star reviews. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. All packages have arrived to my doorstep quickly and the customer support is always responsive and helpful.

    There needs to be a lower rating possible. Fedex is the worst shipper to deal with. They will not give you a way to contact them directly. My delivery driver consistently drives right pass my business without stopping and send it back to warehouse. Always lies and says he stopped. Avoid using this company at all cost. In 2.5 years I have missed 80% of my deliveries. Please not business with any company who uses Fedex.

    I had a great experience with Megacorp before, but…
    Team at ext 3031 are usless, unhelpfull, and blaming carrier because I did nothing to get my truck empty at the receiver… Looks like carrier is respobsible to schedule appointments and get a deal with customer but not the broker….
    Wasted 5 days for 3 day load and they are absolutely ignoring all my requests.
    And now just couple days after I have the same issue on similar load.
    They do nothing to help you to get unloaded, but after unloading blaming you.
    Complaint to corporate email sent 7/13/2021.

    Our driver was Kevionte. He was extremely pleasant, courteous and a heck of a great driver. He maneuvered our Pod into place perfectly!

    Ordered a package and have not received it 5 days past delivery date. No updates on status just says alert. I can’t get through to customer service just robot after robot. I love spending $60 on something online, and another 10 for shipping, for my items to just not show up. Terrible.
