    I placed an order today for bath towels on line about 2 hous ago. I did not have a chance to write the tracking number down. However, the email address had 1 digit missing.     Our Kenmore refrigerator has a problem with the Ice Fan. We have had 5 technicians here who replaced the Ice Maker (twice) The Ice Fan (twice), Electronic Board, and the new Ice Fan makes a lot of Noise. The last Technician agree that the Ice Fan was at fault and ordered another Ice Fan. We have no received the new Ice Fan and cannot make an appointment until the Ice Fan is received. Most of the technician were unable to agree with the noise. However the last Technician and I diagnosed the problem as a very noisy Ice Fan.
    Why are we having such a problem getting this Refrigerator repaired properly. It is time for Sears to replace this refrigerator, now.

    Placed parts order W595682 2/27 which said in stock. When I check it says delivery 3/7 it is now 3/ 22 and it still says 3/7 delivery

    Most horrible experience I have ever had sending something!
    I send two boxes and was at home at the house where I send them to the whole time (no one ever rang!! Or knocked!) waiting arround for the boxed to arrive and nothing!
    Tried to call but all I got was a bad working machine and I could not get hold of a person.
    Then I send them an email asking where the boxes where and when they will be delivered. They awnsered days later (!!) saying that because no one was at home they send it back to the UK!!!
    Long story short, when they where finally able to locate the boxes after weeks, after they have been declared as lost (!!!) and I was finally able to receive them back, HALF OF THE CONTENT WAS MISSING!!!!! AND I NEVER GOT ANYTHING BACK!!! NOT EVEN A COMPANSATION AMOUNT!!!
    Someone in the company must have basicaly stolen valuables out of the boxes and left me with the less valuable things. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    Hi there my name is Jaco dippenaar on the weekend of 19/6/2021 around 13.25.,me my wife and kid were driving to potch from lichtenburg just outside lichtenburg one off Triton express vehicles were taking over vehicles on a solid lane and took chances off passing and he could not make an pass and forced me to go off road to avoid collision with him. The reg no was only thing I got as we were stressed out and did not have time to take out phones and take nice pictures. I have damage on my vehicle and and its my source of income. And when I contacted them on Monday they said their insurance representative will contact me and all she was saying is that I do not have proof that it was their vehicle I have to fix my vehicle myself and that the driver was unaware of anything the reg no jk22ttgp was the vehicle I asked them wat other proof they need they say that there has to be an other party that had to seen it and confirm. For now my vehicle is standing and my income also and I feel is horrible for them to let the drivers drive like they want and they just ignore it

    This is the worst shipping company I have ever used. Their tracking is unreliable, the customer service people have no capacity to handle any alteration of a package destination. Their technology appears to be from a decade ago. I have zero confidence in them, which is precisely what you want to have as a customer. Will not use again.
