    Extremely rude. I was going to set up a business account with them. Asked the man a few questions since I am not a shipping expert. He said he doesn’t have time for this and hung up on me.

    Checked in at 1:30 pm. It’s now 3:340 pm. Still waiting to receive a door # while watching other ppl who arrived AFTER me get a door number shortly after checking in.
    Wouldn’t recommend ANY one come here. Unless you just have free time to waste.

    Unacceptable and rude customer service – the lady refused to ship my package because I didn’t have an ID with US address. I provided her with my driver’s license and a photo of US issued ID. Then she made a snarky comment of my country of birth on the ID. It doesn’t make sense at to provide an ID with US address at all. What if tourists need their packages shipped, does FedEx refuse all their business?! I phoned FedEx after, FedEx confirmed that it is absolutely NOT FedEx’s policy to have customers provide an ID with US address on it, any government issued ID will do. My driver’s license is def suffice.
    Shame on you, Lebanon FedEx Ship Center! It is just WRONG the lady treats customers. Will not back to there ever again. Hope other customers don’t go through the same, get the service they deserve else where.

    They provide moving service in a good price. I have around 10 + boxes (without furnitures) and their offer price is 45% off compared to other moving company around flushing. I took one start off is because the mover tried to chang moving time right before my scheduled appointment. They said that they were too busy so they wanted to change my moving schedule from 1:30pm to 5pm…but I couldn’t, so they decided to handle my moving first and then came to my apartment 30 minutes after our phon call at 12:30pm…which was earlier than my moving schedule. I still had some small items needed to pack and I had to rush to finish packing….
