   I said I would not place a review, but I felt it necessary to protect other consumers. My antique dining room set was badly damaged by the movers. I contacted John Grey Movers after I moved my items from storage in April. I spoke to the owner and nothing was done. John Gray moved my items from the condo to my storage in October 2022. I moved the items to the US in April. He said the insurance could not cover the antique dining room set because of the time lapse and because I moved them myself in April to the US. Not helpful at all. He said he’d try to find a solution and never contacted me back.

   Most pathetic service i ever experienced . Parcel handed it over to ship it to Germany. Now almost 2 months have lapsed but not delivered. Saying it will be delivered in 2 days since 2 months. Looks like a scam now
   Behaviour is very unprofessional.
   Talking politely does not solve issues. It neither improves customer satisfaction nor improves reliability. Making false promises politely is a new trend.
   Reasons for delayed delivery cannot be that – 20 other parcels are also stuck, A total of 2 tons of load is stuck at customs etc. These are status reports and not actions to resolve the issue.

   I really liked the security level that was held when we entered the premises,so tight. They make sure you first understand what’s going inside and with rules along.

   this is very bad Experience with WAZIRABAD TCS ,THEY don’t deliver at the given address and force to collect parcel from tcs office. .boht ganda staff hai, bilkul b professional nahi hain myra parcel abi tak in k office mai hai but myry gar tak nahi a raha
