This is ridiculous. First 2 times using it was fine. Third time using it was a mess. Collection was promised repeatedly for couple of times but nobody came to collect. I’ve flagged the issue to FAQ and messages were replied hours later when I was already offline with no solution given apart form Hi, how may I help you today? Dropped a couple more queries and same thing happened. Hence I decided to stay online until they responded, promised delivery the next day, obviously it didn’t happen. It’s ridiculous to expect us to stay home everyday to wait for collection but failed us over and over again. What is going on?
Good owners but little slow because they are older. But always friendly. Probably could use more staff because it is always busy there.
Laparkan/JPAK is hard to do business with. They are slow and on top of that customer service sucks . I have 2 shipment to clear and after that I am done with them. Not worth the stress
My wife and I have used Pack and Send on a number of occasions to send various goods ranging from bulky items to precious artwork. The goods have always arrived on time and in excellent condition. I highly recommend the use of their service to get your items to where they need to go.
Worst delivery company. Got an sms telling me my parcel will be delivered. Waited at home 2 days… At the end of 2nd day… Item has been marked as delivered…. But i received nothing. Unbelievable how business can be conducted this way.
