    I was unable to collect my package at my building. SCS Express makes one delivery attempt and for redeliver attempts you must call to make a request – something I learned is impossible since no one ever answers the phone line or the live chat is busy 90% of the time. Delivery notice bears a signature not required form at the back. Turns out because I live in an apartment building so it is not valid if I sign it (only applicable to houses). Then why is SCS Express using the same notices for private and commercial residential deliveries? No worries I get past it. I ask to change the delivery address (in my mind it’s a redelivery albeit to a new address). There is a fee. So I asked how much and I get the most logical but useless answer – another department will call you with the price but I need to agree to have my card charged upfront. I mean what sort of idiocy is this. Honestly. I press for more clarity only to receive more useful pricing details….sir it will be a minimum of $20. At this point I’m totally incredulous at the stupidity of the responses. My interaction with the agent becomes testy so she suggests to send to a closer location to my address instead of where it was being held 1.5 hours away. Maybe do that to start instead of inciting anger in your clients. I can’t for the life of me understand why companies ship with SCS Express – I guess it’s the price of free shipping! Just another happily unsatisfied client!
