   My consignment reached here weeks ago. They didn’t deliver it to me nor they called me to pickup the product. Absolutely pathetic and poor customer service. Please try to IMPROVE ..

   Can I give zero star, their service is totally unacceptable, they already late one day for delivery, but they still can say ur place is very hard to deliver. And will not deliver next time, and always provide the wrong delivery date, no calls to customer before deliver or cannot reach you. Has been given a lot of chance to them. They still didn’t change. So no more next time and good bye ninja van … ninja hidden!

   Very friendly and helpful staff for parcel pick up. Helped me sort out a Startrack stuff up who first delivered to Tullamarine and then to Port Melbourne AP sites while telling me to go to Nunawading each time. Wish it was a bit closer to regular public transport but exercise is not a bad thing.

   Constant notices left on my door without a knock or the doorbell being rung.
   Has occured multiple times and I’ve watched employees walk up to my door and place the notice in the mailbox without even attempting to knock.
   Why am I paying for a delivery service with employees that are too lazy to actually deliver.
