Two Schednet Cargo movers were like having three; one was an Auburn fan which I thought might indicate his ineptness, but I was wrong!

By far the worst movers. Not only did Schednet Cargo damage items, but then denied a claim.
Schednet Cargo was contracted by my employer to move my family possessions from North Carolina to Virginia. Schednet Cargo’s employees showed up one day behind schedule. They were scheduled to show up on a Wednesday, pack on Wednesday and Thursday, load the furniture on Friday, and move us to a storage unit on Saturday. Since they did not show up until Thursday, they only left themselves one day to pack our household items. They maintained the rest of the schedule by delivering our goods on Saturday to the storage unit.
Because of an unusual law in Virginia, Schednet Cargo was not contracted to move our possessions from the storage unit to our new house. I contracted a local moving company to move our items from the storage unit to the new house. As they started to pull our items out of the storage unit, the movers and myself noticed that several items that were damaged. The movers indicated that our possessions were improperly stacked inside of the storage unit. One example would be that Schednet Cargo employees put a plasma screen TV (unboxed) on the top of a stack of boxes that were 8 ft in the air. The local movers (which have an outstanding reputation) documented each damaged item as it came out of the storage unit. Each damaged item then had pictures taken of the damage.
After we completely unpacked our household items, I contacted my corporate office to inform them of the poor service. I sent my corporate office a detailed list of the damaged items as well as the pictures we took of the damage. My corporate office then contacted Gregory Hermance to discuss the complaint, and Gregory called me to go over the details of my complaint. I sent Gregory Hermance copies of the pictures. He then put me in contact with Melissa Fox. Melissa Fox sent me a claim form in which we filled out and sent back to Schednet Cargo. I sent my claim form in on Monday, March 18th 2013. I was sent a claim denial email the following day Tuesday, March 19th 2013.
Below is the email from Melissa Fox explaining the reason for the denial:
    Good afternoon Alan,
I received a copy of the claim form this morning and forward this to our Claim Dept at our corporate office. Unfortunately the claim has been denied due to the items were delivered to a mini storage facility. Our Claims Dept pulled the BINGO sheet from Atlas to see if any items were noted as damaged upon going into the storage facility and nothing is noted. Because mini storage’s are not considered to be a secured facility and nothing was documented at the time the items were delivered, we would not be able to honor any portion of the submitted claim. I understand that a separate local company moved the items from the mini storage to your current home. I see that photo’s were sent – some from what appear to be outside the mini storage and some from the inside of the new residence. Any coverage from Atlas Van Lines/Schednet Cargo ended once the goods were delivered into the mini storage.
I know this is a less than favorable conclusion to the claim that was submitted – but we have nothing to substantiate where the damage occurred.
Please let me know if there are any questions.
    Kind regards,
    Melissa Fox
It is my goal to achieve the highest rating on all customer surveys. If at any time during your relocation, you are not 100% satisfied with our services, please inform me immediately so that the issue can be resolved.
Melissa Fox and Schednet Cargo are not standing by their own self imposed 100% satisfaction guarantee. She did absolutely nothing to help me resolve my problem.
