The owner is so nice! Came in for an amazon return drop off and had another package to return to the Post Office. He took care of the amazon return quickly then helped me pack up the post office box, print labels, AND took in the package so I didn’t have to go by the post office. Super great customer service!
Wish I could give it zero stars… But then I can’t make this post on how horrible this company is.. Thought they would be of great service. Especially since we needed a barrel of perishables sent to our great island of Puerto Rico after hurricane Maria to our family … Not only were they rude, they never had any information to give out. And when they did, it was never reliable. And when you address them on what was said… Oh no! That was never said!… Well, I can’t speak for all. We spoke to 2 ladies. Main one and the most rude was Candy. After spending $303 and having our barrel sit there in there warehouse after 3 weeks and no information and a circus status on when things was going to be shipped out and etc… We just decided to pick up our barrel and get a refund. At this point we have a WAY better chance sending it thru flat rate at the USPS… For $18.75 and it will DEFINITELY get there in a lot less time then the 3 weeks we just wasted with this company… And to make things even prettier for them… We find out today that they never fully processed our paper work! So who knows what other problems was in store with this company had we left our barrel of perishables in their care… You lost a lot of potential customers… Including us. Our family on the island is in need. And we almost wasted a month with you guys at the warehouse here in the Bronx. How much longer was it goin to take after it got to Puerto Rico? Of course.. You don’t have an answer for that either.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever came across. Lost my package, multiple times this year and all they can say is that there is nothing they can do and to file a claim. They know my package came to their office but have no idea what happened to it when it left. My neighbors have brought me some of my packages and mail throughout the year. We’ve called and complained numerous times. Apparently our street is a training route or so they say. I was told I would get a call back, never did. Thinking about calling the news to shine some light in the issue.
I traveled to this location to apply for my passport . Rick was very amazing and made the process nice and easy . We had a great conversation and made me feel welcomed. I will recommend this location for passport services .
