    Awful shipping partner! A pacakge that would’ve taken 2-3 days with USPS still hasn’t been delivered in 7 days! It took them 3 days to move it from Carrollton, TX to Dalles, TX!! Now, they’ve dropped it off at the wrong USPS location, so it’ll probably be several more days before delivery! Extremely disappointed!!

    I am very satisfied with service provided from Spartan Van Lines! Rob was awesome! I can’t say enough good things! The movers showed up on time and worked very hard. They were very careful with all of our belongings and nothing was damaged during the move. They made moving into our new home easy!

    I scheduled this company one month In advance. They still manage to mess up my time. I stressed for my furniture to be picked up at noon on a certain date . I even confirmed with a text my scheduled date and time a few days before the pickup/ delivery to make sure. I was told that the job could be done on time. Then I receive a text saying that my move would be between 12 Noon and 845pm. I didn’t mine because I knew I had confirmed my time. The day of my move I left work early to be at my place at 1145. NO call! NO show! from the moving company. I called the number ending in 7714 and it gave a tone like it was disconnected. Then I texted 8514. I received a response text 40 mins later. The person I was talking to the whole time didn’t know the status of the movers coming to my place. Finally a hour or so later I was told the movers can come at 430. This is went I realized I made a huge mistake with this unreliable company. I live In a high rise building down town. If this company knew any better they would know that it is certain times that the bay doors can be access during scheduled moving hours. I did not know I have to teach a professional company about why time and punctuality is important. 430pm is not even an option for me and I was pressed for time to turn in my keys for my apartment or I would have to pay fees. On top of this they don’t have boxes or supplies to pack anything up for you. What kind of moving company does not have moving supplies?
