   Updated this review from the original one I wrote – I had a complaint about UPS as a whole, and although I have had great experiences with the people at this store, I didn’t know where else to leave it. If you have any issues with the COMPANY but not with the store itself, please leave your review on the UPS Hub instead! The staff here are understanding and kind, even with my issues.

   Average customer service. Im a fairly athletic looking male and i did notice a little favoritism . When i entered store she said i will be with you soon. When another customer entered she went out of her way to greet this customer and welcome them. Funny thing is that customer had no patience and left. No big deal but i notice quite a bit, i used to train employers on race relations. You might be surprised who you service in the public sector. Important to treat everyone equally, because you are representing the brand and not just yourself. What you do is a reflection of the company since they hired you. Overall after I talked with the lady she seemed ok, but she can do better. Im sure UPS looks at some of these. If not im sure the public does. I always give feedback and reviews everywhere on fair or unfair treatment whether good or bad. If she went out of her way to make me feel welcome that would of been mentioned also, unfortunately that was not the case.

   Bret & Fire Safe, is truly everything you’d expect in a service company. He is a small business man who works hard to deliver, not only water but wia good attitude, with honesty, integrity, and is a pleasure to do business with too! Scott Rainwater Jacksonville

   I called asking for help moving heavy items. Their guys arrived within hours of my call. Extremely quick service. Fast & courteous. Definitely recommend 🙂

   FANTASTIC!. Convenient. Fast. Reliable. I moved all my business mail to them because they are so reliable on notifying me when things come in. Got a home office? They are perfect for handling print.

   Hell on Earth. A collection of human tortoises. Molasses. Service on par with death row. Deliverers claim to ‘leave notices’ but are probably home watching network tv.
