Sata Cargo Tracking

Please do not use this moving company. I hired them to move me on November 11, 2020. They told me a price and by the time they finished taking breaks and making additional stops to the new location, the price doubled. They claimed that it was a 3 hr move. I had a king size bed, dresser, 2 side dressers, sectional and about 20 boxes. This should have been at minimal 2 hours. The apartments were 8 min away. It took them 30 min to get there. I was waiting at the gate to let them in. I called and asked where they were and the guys made up this horrible lie. When he got there he explained everything to me for about 15 min and I said ok let’s start the timer. He said the time started when I pulled up. I said we have been talking for 15 min. Then they got an attitude and said we need to make money to…This move started off bad! Then he broke my bed…he stripped the screws.They sent some guy out to repair my bed and he made additional holes in my bed with some small screws. I asked him to leave and I called Ashley’s furniture, the place that I purchased the bed from. I had to keep calling them to check on my claim. The lady kept saying that she mailed it and I never received it. I drove to hurst to pick the check up. I finally got a check yesterday 12/30/2020 and it was returned to my account the following day. I will be taking this to court! Please stop trying to save money! Pay real professional, not just some random dudes who are not professionals.
