I’ve used several moving companies in the past years as I move often for my job, and region relocations is easily the worst experience I’ve had. I’ll keep this as short as I can, but my experience is in line with everyone else’s on here. They were supposed to come on a Monday morning; however they didn’t show up until Wednesday at around 9pm. Just like everyone else on here the driver attempted to dramatically increase the price despite the fact that the inventory matched what he was moving. Secondly, I did half the work of moving stuff because it was so late, however, at the end the driver asked for $700 cash because he claimed he had to walk more than 70 feet from the truck to the door. I immediately told him absolutely not, and he backed down. On the drop off, the driver was courteous and helpful….but he was missing furniture. The company, unlike most professional moving companies does not appear to have a marking mechanism to keep track of inventory. The driver told me he would grab the missing furniture and bring it back, but it’s been a month and a half. Honestly, based off my experience dealing with the owner/operations Adam and his flippant and rude attitude I’m not surprised how dysfunctional the company is.
Great service, prices and personality. Were very careful and quick with my items and even grabbed an extra table for free!!! Highly recommended.
