This is my second review as my first review was removed. I visited this store on December 14, 2022. I had four items to return to Amazon. I am disabled from psoriatic arthritis and I have issues with dexterity in my hands and I have trouble walking. I entered the store and went to the station of a lady there, who didn’t seem to have a very appealing manner. Just as I started getting the proper information to be scanned in my phone, a young lady with an arm load of clothes entered the store behind me. I was attempting to retrieve this information to the unhappy glares of the employee and the woman with the arm load of things, when the employee rudely asked me to step aside. I told her I had the first item information pulled up and I received another glare and she asked me again to step aside. I politely told her that I wouldn’t want anyone to blow their top so I grabbed up my four items and took a seat at a table directly behind me and the employee started helping the lady with the many items, when I only had four and had gotten straightened out. I sat there while the employee worked with this lady. Another employee came out from the back and immediately started assisting another customer who had entered the store after myself, so I am still sitting there. I sat there for a minute trying to decide to leave or just get this done as I felt offended and disrespected like I had gotten in this employees way or messed up her work flow, I couldn’t imagine being kicked to the back of the line because I couldn’t move fast enough to suit this perturbed woman. A third lady finally came up from the back and assisted me, took two minutes. I don’t like being treated like a second class citizen by anyone, but I was treated so by this employee and then to find my review taken down was a ridiculous slap in the face. I now have filled an ADA compliant withe Justice Department since no one at the UPS Store seems to take discrimination seriously and were so concerned that they took down my review. Nothing may come of it, but The UPS store seems to think discrimination against the disabled is something to dismiss without regard. REPLY: That isn’t the case, I needed no label printed and that is easily provable. I also recorded my interaction with the young lady that did help me and no label had to be printed.
Store is the worst. Shipped an item (Company printer) they were responsible for packaging. Receipt explicitly states they boxed it and it arrived broken. They then claimed I had brought it in that way and refused to compensate the company for it. When I went in and was irate and tried to get someone to explain what they were trying to pull, they immediately called Summerville PD

Professional, on time and careful! I could rely on management and the experienced driver for the Chicago area to pick up, store and delivery my items safely and securely. I had last minute changes, needed an addt’l box on the day of the move and all was accommodated timely and efficiently. Largest boxes out there in the market! I appreciated the service during this stressful time of moving….
Lauren and Daphne are AMAZING!!! Kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with a never ending line. Had my back after another customer acted passive aggressively toward me (stood in line once, spent time in vestibule, reentered and was helped, which is standard practice). All smiles!!!
I met some great instructors with live and encouraging personalities. On the other hand I think they should feed everyone because like and others in the same situation came here on their last option so to speak in life.
