   I’m a mobile technician with Interstate Truck Center in SoCal that has performs emergency repairs on Marten Transport equipment when needed, several times. The drivers,shop techs.office personal and yes even dispatching.(stressful job)
   Have always been greeted nicely, problem solving and questions answered. One more thing is Marten Transport has nice equipment on those roads out there with us.

   I have been calling the Newman Post Office for a week trying to report that my mail has been getting stolen and no one will answer the phone there. I have called all throughout the day at least 25 to 30 times a day and still no one will answer the phone. This is a United States Post Office why won’t they answer their phone ?

   Didn’t attempt to deliver my package and cancelled my redelivery request the day after it was supposed to be “re”delivered. The history claims they came at 12:45 and there wasn’t a secure location to leave it but 1) I was unreasonably interested in the snow plow on our street just prior to that time, 2) we have plenty of secure space, 3) I even shoveled and salted a path from the street to the front door, 4) the plow had just finished the street at 12:45 so the street was very much driveable. They just didn’t feel like trying. I get it, but I requested a redeliver and that should be honored not cancelled. They also disabled the ability to schedule another one, forcing people to go into the post office during a pandemic.
