    I made a purchase with the Order number no. 4718687465. It had a delivery date of November 23. I have been tracking it through Fedex and every day they reschedule it for the next day. It is already a week late for the 30th. I put in contact with Fedex and they keep giving me long that it is already scheduled and that it has to leave. I cannot pick up it because the package is large.

    I ordered 3 sets of torch lights weeks ago. Yesterday a box came with three boxes inside. opened them and there was one light in each box. when ordering them there was to be that in one box. I will never order anything from sams club again.

    Horrible place to work at their customer service is horrible nothing but people with no experience in customer etiquette had to leave my position due to ops manager Maggie harassing me because she was not happy the CFO paid me thanksgiving without her knowledge or approval
    Also for anyone wondering why they don’t answer is because they either leave you on hold enough to yourself hang up or they prefer not to answer also emails are deleted on a daily for ETAs so don’t waste your time

    Go to a United States Postal Service if you can! This place is a ripoff. I had a shoebox with 6 Publix cookies and a couple of dollar store kids toys and they told me it would be $16 to ship. Then he talked me into a bigger box, which he said was $5. He came out with a bigger box, told me he wasn’t charging for the poppies, wrapping or his time – and have me a new total of $32! I said excuse me? How did we go from $16, to $21, to $32?! I don’t even have $32 worth of stuff in the box! Jeff then got an attitude with me and told me I could go somewhere else. Rude for one, and I’m just trying to understand how the price I was given doubled. So youuuu bet I did. I went to the US Postal Service and paid $14 flat rate for a my box!

    Drivers lie about delivery attempts. Took a day off work to receive shipment that requires delivery and signature. Watched driver drive right by and not stop. Terrible customer service. Guess I have to take another day off.
