   Excellent and friendly staff who always go out of their way to help with thousands of successful and timely deliveries and the many other varied transactions. But through no fault of theirs, and like other hard working Australia Post employees, they are at the mercy of the Australia Post/StarTrack software and delivery systems, as well as the sudden increase in business due to Christmas. Because they are at the pointy end of customer service they then cop unfair criticism for things they have absolutely no control over. Imagine yourself in this situation and how you would feel at the end of each week! When things go right, as they do the vast majority of times, well that’s expected, but when things occasionally do go wrong, then they bear the brunt of the criticism.

   Do not use. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Unfortunately a company we ordered a bed from use XPD as a delivery service. Clearly they have reviewed any customer feedback. Either that or they don’t care. The XPD tracking app is useless. They split the 3 part deliver and only turned up with 1 box. The delivery driver wouldn’t help and was not interested in looking at the app as he said he didn’t work for the company. To top it all off the phone number is 7p a minute, you can’t speak anyone and the voicemail says they won’t return your call. Avoid, do not use and do not recommend to anyone. The worst delivery service I’ve ever witnessed

   Jerorid and his crew were very polite and respectful. They worked quickly but were careful to not damage anything. I would recommend this crew to all my family and friends.
