    David and Mark did a great job moving our stuff! I highly recommend them to anyone! I wanna mention that the guys were very punctual, notified us in advance that they were on their way, I find it nice and professional. Also, they knew what they were doing.     I stopped at this location to drop off a package because I was in the area. The store was busy and I was directed into a line to wait on “Todd”. First, he told a customer that was had the audacity to attempt to pick up a UPS package at the UPS Store that they had no record of it, despite the fact that the customer had tracking information that showed it arrived. Todd said there was nothing he could do, but then someone yelled from the back and found the misplaced box. After he was condescending to the next customer because she didn’t present at the front of the line with her Amazon return codes at the ready, he proceeded to quiz her on the contents of her packages and why she chose to shop for the items at Amazon. None of your business, Todd. He then loudly announced to the store to make sure to queue with your codes ready! Then, he disappeared for an eternity in the back room package misplacement area. Finally emerging, chewing on his food from what must have been a lunch break at the height of customer rush, the patrons that were permitted to line up for the other clerk were easily moving through and people who arrived well after Todd’s line were being served. I finally reached the front of the line where Todd told me to put my package on the scale, but he would “be a few minutes”. He started to clear processed packages from the front end, despite the fact that customers were backing all the way to the door of the shop. I tolerated the first armload that he took away, but after he observed my obvious displeasure and took yet another stack to the storeroom, I verbally expressed my frustration and left.
    Never, ever, ever visit this store unless you want to be treated like you don’t matter. Todd should find a new line of work.
    **Edit: Apparently Todd is Tedd, the owner. So don’t expect anything to change. Shameful behavior.

    Excellent service at this location. Package from out of town with wrong address was sent & when we discovered the error contacted them by phone and 24 hours later the package had been located & they called to tell me it is in our mailbox! Very polite & prompt correction of a problem that wasn’t technically theirs to solve!
