   I worked for about 10 years and the truth is that with the treatment they give it is not the best, they believe it is the only company in all of Newark but when they value the driver more and respect the person but they believe they are untouchable

   I was expecting a package for a Christmas gift on the 23rd it was late to get to Denver so understandable then it was scheduled for 24th to be delivered to my work usps is saying they tried to deliver at 11:09 and the business was closed. We are very much open so this tells me cause it was a business your postal carrier didn’t actually attempt to deliver at all. We are open We have light up open signs on 2 sides of the store. Your carrier is a liar and lazy merry Christmas.

   Gave it a 1 star because 0 was not a choice. The clown bedhind the counter was attempting to joke with me when communicating with him. 30 seconds of it would have been funny and sufficient but he wouldn’t stop and then he started with a snarky attitude despite my polite professional demeanor during the entire transaction. I was in a rush so I didn’t want to waste time and walk out. Mistake. Three days later, my package still did not show up on the UPS tracking system. Solution…the next day, I shipped another package from Staples (UPS Shipper) on the same road. The experience was 5 star and significantly cheaper. This store should have its franchise revoked. I will contest any charges on my credit card to make them squirm a bit.

   Mike and Tyler did a fabulous job unloading the truck and helping to set up furniture. They were very careful moving items and didn’t damage anything, and worked quickly & hard the entire time they were here. I’d definitely recommend the company and Mike and Tyler, in particular.
