    Very poor experience for us. We had them lined up for a move on March 3rd and they called us on Feb 17th and told us they had a ‘system issue’ and had to move us up a week (not possible for us) or back 2 weeks to mid March. Basically we got bumped for some reason that they wouldn’t share (we have a 2700 sq ft home). Luckily Citywide movers stepped up and confirmed a March 3rd move with 2 trucks and 5 guys AND $20 less per hour.

    Had a package scheduled to be return to me… tracking shows it made it to the post office… no delivery attempts… package nowhere to be found. Filed a claim and the solution was next time get insurance. Sooo Im just burnt out of the value of the item. Why should it fall on me if package was scanned in at a post office.

    I don’t know what is up with this post office location!!! It has been multiple times my stuff gets marked delivered and I don’t get anything delivered!!! This location needs to get it together and do their job right please!! People like me need the items ordered for a purpose!

    My package has been showing on a truck for delivery 3 days in a row but never leaves the facility now its going on day 4 and I’ll have to sit around all day to hope they deliver it since I got to sign for it
