    My wife recently posted a parcel from Micklegate and found the lady to be very unfriendly and cold and in this day and age of hard completion she should have been the opposite. I will no longer be using the post office for 2 reasons the first as mentioned and the second I can no longer take my dog with me into the post office,the previous owners allowed this and it was very useful.

    i was waiting whole day for the parcel and it was not delivered and I did not received attempted delivery card as well. When I checked online, it said attempted deleivery. It the second time i used parcel force and have exactly the same problem. I looked at other people’s review, most of the people have problem with the delivery, then clearly, the driver is not doing his/her job properly. Why can’t they get a new person to do the job they are getting paid to do. Anyway, last month i used dpd and they are so much professional and have a great costumer service. Never going to use parcel force again in my life.

    Do yourself a favour and avoid Yodel. Driver made a half arsed attempt to deliver and left no calling card. (We have cctv) Customer service made a half arsed attempt to help, on top of that it cost 25 quid to call their customer service to be told theres piss all they can do about it, and I’m still left without a parcel. Probably going to have to go to a depot to collect as I wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw em. Still not holding my breath that the parcel will make it back to the depot either.
