    This location does not scan prepaid labels to confirm they’ve taken your package. It is more of a good faith/hand shake that they will give your package to the mailman. I did not use this location for this reason.

    Looking at the reviews LOOKS LIKE THE BBB NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY !
    This delivery company has the worst service. My order took only a few days to arrive to this delivery company in Colorado from California. Its taking longer to get my order from my home state, than it was to get here from California. I received tracking info from orgin in California until it reached this facility and now has no tracking info. Company in California said it was to be delivered over a week ago. TALK ABOUT SNAIL MAIL AND LACK OF PROPER PROTOCOL ON SHIPMENTS. To bad for the company I ordered from, I won’t be ordering again if they continue to use this delivery service.

    The weight and the price changed several times after we signed and agreed to a fixed price. The price went up $6500 due to your sales rep I would imagine was a poor estimate of the weight.
    The first day the moving truck showed up they were almost 3 hours late. The second day the truck showed up they didn’t completely empty it from the first day so they had to come back a 3rd day which I had to pay for as well as overtime cause it was a Sunday.
    So, bad estimate I paid for that
    Truck was late and then not emptied
    I paid for that.
    FELT LIKE A BAIT AND SWITCH!
    Salesman gives me an agreeable price I sign for it then all of the sudden everything goes wrong and I have to pay for all the mistakes. Your company gave me back nothing for its mistakes.
    Let me ask you if you were the consumer would you feel you were setup and taken advantage of?
    One more thing I am physically handicapped and have trouble walking.
    Your on site manager made a joke about how when he came into my house that’s it’s about time he saw me walking instead of sitting around all the time.
    I hope the people reviewing this doesn’t laugh at me too while reading this.
    Your company should be ashamed how you just kept taking more money and telling me they have no choice

    Antonio and his crew made this move look easy. they were very polite and professional. No request was too big or small. Tony even adjusted a chair for one of our ladies. We will be using them again for our next office move {which will be soon!}. Thanks for every thing you do.
