    You guys told me that I would be getting my replacement phone within 3-5 business days after the order was completed/processed. It has been processed and I have the ticket number on either last Tuesday or Wednesday. Now you guys are saying that it has been shipped and this week and I will be getting it on Friday, April 7th.     Quote was incorrect. Charged away more than quoted. And added tip that was not planed due to pressure. Never heard of tipping ten dollar per mover per hour. I was already paying 110.00 per hour. And they drove around my complex lost for twenty minutes. I gave my apartment numbers twice before I started I paid two hundred more than planned

    Kept in touch for over 3 weeks. Showed up when they said they would. The guys worked hard and fast. There was no argument about adjusting the final bill downward to compensate for all the work we did getting ready. We will use them to move us from storage to our condo when it is done!

    They are always canceling loads on us. And they give us a rate then charge it to a lower rate. That’s not right. Worst place to get loads from.

    The most lazy people work here , 8 hr to unload , no respect to driver ,overnight parking ok.
    Weekend no loaded and unloaded but they work.

    For my sanity I had to stop going there. I now walk over to Bushwick Art and Shipping. No lines and friendly people. Don’t even bother to call this location. The phone will ring a million times but never get answered
