   Very well organized. From providing estimate to booking elevator to actual moving day…excellent communication throughout. Movers were very careful and patient with some larger pieces and challenging doorways! In good spirits and very friendly. Excellent service all around.

   Guy working the counter was to lazy to unload a cart so I could use it to drop off my packages. I asked if he had a cart and he said I don’t as he walked away without offering to empty one of the several he had available.

   Employee with on the head cut, Stopped what she was doing to ask why I’m starring at her with my arms crossed ? I don’t think that’s very professional as I’m on lunch as an employee of northwestern hospital just dropping off a package, I didn’t know we can’t cross arms and look around while in line

   Worst post office ever. I called to pickup a package and they already took the package in the truck. Rude people that don’t know what they’re doing.

   Called about a missing package. While trying to explain the situation, the customer service representative interrupted me aggressively 10 seconds into the call. I responded asking them to let me finish and they said “excuse me?!” and angrily hung up the phone. When I called back 30 seconds later, they refused to pick up.
