We moved last week. Excellent and efficient service from RPS Ground Shipping. The movers arrived exactly on time and were very organized. Would definitely recommend.
Zero star. Avoid RPS Ground Shipping at all costs. The tracking showed that May 10 they left a call card, which was a lie. Then rescheduled twice (May 17 and 18) and I waited at home for two whole days with no one coming and no one calling my phone number. Customer service phone numbers only went through randomly. Finally was able to pick it up at the facility.
This company is a scam. Unfortunately they are able to secure profitable relationships with some institutions and it is their default choice. However, it is a scam and, after reading other reviews I find I am not the only victim.
Job: Delivering parcels to the locations near them
What RPS Ground Shipping does?: Keeping all items in their office and just asking customer to collect it from their office
I really doubt, why they are running this business?

I am so thankful to them for their affordable rates. Instead of being slow to charge more, they worked for me to meet the time quoted to move me.
