   I can not get through to talk to anyone! I been waiting on a package for over five days but it was sent priority mail @ 3 day 1. When I look to see where it is at it been sitting in Des Moines for the last three days!!! Why is that!! CS yeah can’t get through to them these automated robots keep hanging up once I say customer service!! Please do better!! I really wish I had my grandchildren clothes!!! Not good very disappointed!!!!

   The service is fine if you only need one POD. However, if you need two PODs beware that their customer service will lie and say you can fit two PODs in your driveway. Unless your driveway is three cars wide no, you can’t. They won’t tell you this until AFTER they have billed you the day before your PODs are supposed to be delivered.

   Used EAC 3 times already to get some items for my wedding to my parents house in NJ. They handled all my stuff with care since since items were delicate ornaments. They also helped me get all my wedding invites from India as well. They took care of everything and had it delivered to my door in less time and at a lower price than what the couriers in India were charging me.
   I just call them and get my quotes, quicker and easier than any other courier company.
   I will use them again and have referred many friends over to them as well.

   I’ve used On Call Moving Co. three times so far. One for moving piano, one for moving furniture to another location and I’ve also used the dumpster. All the times have been nothing but great service. Customer service exceeds beyond expectations. Would highly recommend!

   Awesome delivery service. I purchased a mattress on Costco, and Costco used their delivery. The mover guys are super polite and helpful. Highly recommend!!
