   I have had nothing but a good experience at the Derwood, MD location. Really helpful and competent. They can get a little busy but I have had good success w/ them.

   I can’t say enough great things about Julie and her staff. I had sent out a package to Canada and it never got delivered. I had called the 1 800 with no luck and decided to go back to this branch to see if they could help.
   Julie was so professional, thorough, she took the extra steps to get me the answers I needed. It’s rare to find such amazing customer service.
   Thank you again Julie, you guys were fantastic.

   This UPS Store location gives the best service of any print-shop, package sending station, or notary service of anywhere I’ve been to in my life. The staff is FAST & courteous. I recently needed a softcover book spiraled & they got it done that same day. Everywhere else was a two-day wait & cost more. I cannot say enough good things about this store & its excellent staff!!!!!

   My package has been there since April 24th and it’s May 27th. I can’t reach anyone. The number they give doesn’t appear to be working.
