    This company is AWFUL and a bunch of lieing scammers. When we requested our service, we asked for a designated truck and a guaranteed delivery date. The employee of Cross Country Movers who we were working withs name is RAY PHILLIPS. He assured us that we would have both and gave us a quote. He failed to inform us that cross country movers themselves would bot be moving our stuff but a 3rd party. When that company arrived, they were not informed about anything and stated there was no guarantee on anything. When we tried to get ahold of RAY PHILLIPS, he would barely ever answer the phone and eventually wouldnt answer the phone at all. We got in contact with their customer service and they were no help as well. They seemed uninterested in helping us out and couldnt answer any of our questions. They stated he would give us a call back but we never recieved one and cant get in touch with him at all. The 3rd parties this company comtracts out are terrible as well. They have changed the delivery date on us 3 times and stated they had“police trouble” along the way. My wife and I would have to call them to see if they were actually going to deliever our stuff on the day they said and when we would call them they told us that the day had changed. THEY DID THIS TO US 3times!.Whenever we would try to contact the “foreman” of this 3rd party contracted company, he would barely ever answer the phone and we werent able to leave a voicemail because his voicemail was not set up. We have still yet to recieve our belongings at our new residence and it had been a month. We will be reporting this company to the department of transportation. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOIR MONEY ON THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ILLEGITIMATE “COMPANY”.
