Bad customer service. I lost 2 packages and didn’t know why. They treating customers very bad. I don’t want to go there so I use another USPS location.
My wife went there today and the place was empty. We’re wondering why, maybe people are tired of their customer services.
So one person only was by the desk. My wife said hi and she didn’t answer back. She took my wife’s package and didn’t say a word.
Definitely, we need to stop going there.
Not very helpful. I send my son to get a box shipped via FedEx ex. He brought the box to the store. Asked the lady to make sure she would mark the old label out with a marker. Oh well she did not do so and the box got shipped back to our house. He went back to the store to inform her that we received the box and would like to have it shipped to the right destination. They told us the would not be able to help us out at all and we have to go thru the company. Great costumer service. We will not be using your location again. Very very disappointed. Personally you don’t even deserve one star.
I have to admit, the guys who showed up to move my stuff were not what I expected. Not big burly guys, but smaller framed, but just like they say you can’t judge a book by its cover, you can’t. These guys worked their tails off. They were powerhouses, yet careful with my belongings. One of them was carrying a bookcase on his back & as he entered the unit, he glanced up to see the ceiling fan & worked the bookcase around as not to hit the fan. There was no damage. They were so fast & efficient, they were done an hour sooner than quoted. We even had to go back the 20 miles to return a wardrobe that wouldn’t fit. This is why I’m using The Professionals for my current move.
