Roehl transport is an absolute joke. Told delivery between 13:53-14:53. Then get a message at 15:00 saying driver running late, when tracked can see in the next street. 17:40 called to find out what was going on because driver not moved for over 2 hours. After 40 mins on the phone, I was told that the driver’s sat nav broke and he was making deliveries on paper so was struggling and couldn’t deliver mine. He did however manage to deliver 14 parcels without problems, I was number 15 which he couldn’t cope with! The call centre changed my delivery for the next day between 8:30-12:00. Was told I would get a message when my parcel was scanned onto van (I thought it was already on the van from the day before) still no message at 11am! When I called again they said that it’s because I requested to change the delivery day! Which I did not. The item I purchased is very expensive and I can only assume that it has been stolen. I am considering calling the police to report this but going to wait just a couple more days, I live in hope! Contacted the company where I made my purchase, they said they could send another…via Roehl transport! Really! Absolutely livid, dreadful company, avoid at all costs. 2 days loss of income and unbelievable stress, I would recommend you pay more for a decent company to deliver your goods. DO NOT USE ROEHL TRANSPORT!
