    Expensive. Unreliable. The worst. I will never rely on Xend anymore to deliver my online orders. 7 days and my package still not has arrived. And it’s just from Manila to Manila. The status tracking says that you attempted delivery, but your drivers are lying because the receptionist and guards at the condo told me that nobody from Xend came that day. And CS keeps telling me that it will be delivered today, every day, for the last 3 days. What have you done with my package? Did your drivers steal it? You take the crown off PLDT for the slowest, most unpredictable, most unreliable service. Ever!

    Please tell your drivers if they want a coffee or something then please remove the truck from the pump because there are some drivers like me who are waiting for the empty spot. I know they are gonna say that they were fueling but there was another driver sitting their doing nothing.
    I have no personal issues and grudges with your company but today i encountered with this thing so that’s why writing this. (G2108)
    Not sure if this was the exact number but i hope u have an idea now !

    Phoenix movers team was very responsive from the time I contacted them to the collection of boxes. They are good value for money and movers team were very courteous and helpful. All the fragile items and electronics were packed with care and transported without damage. Will definitely engage them for any future moves.

    The worst company ever. I supposed to get my parcel 01/12 but it’s 07/12 and it still keep saying it’s delayed due to unexpected issues, they do not reply to messages and answer the phone call, I have been on hold for over half an hour but still no answer.
    Definitely not use this company ever again.
    Even one star is extra, if there were an option to not give a star I would choose it.
