   Before you hire this company know they have a horrible customer retention rate. Hundreds of employees have quit or “let go” because he doesnt like to pay his employees fairly.

   Failed to deliver goods at time slot given, items were never received and supplier told me BJS had damaged one item, 2 weeks of pissing about, then had to get refund from supplier, avoid this company

   I’m not getting any delivery attempts and it’s saying delivery failed and we will try tomorrow…Ecom express in Machilipatnam is Worse..Don’t Use Ecom Express for Delivery in Machilipatnam

   The worst service I’ve experienced! They never answer their phone or messages. My package sat in their warehouse for 5 days before they found it and now they’re saying I need to pick it up, no delivery. If you call their 1-800 number, it takes at least 45 minutes to get through. They just send a message to Saskatoon and say they’ll get back to you when they hear from them, but they never do.

   Shipping was RM200 for items to be delivered within 3 weeks! And parcel has to go through singapore and hong kong first (as explained by the employees).
   And they like to say “tau disini lebih mahal kan?”
