    RMS Courier was worth every penny. The guys were great and very patient, nothing was too much trouble. Don’t waste your time doing it yourself, get these guys round, you won’t regret it.

    If I could I would give the zero stars that RMS Courier deserves.
    As a diplomat, I have moved many times over the years all over the world. For our move from Brisbane, Australia to Italy we used RMS Courier. We had a horrible experience the minute the quote was signed. The move co-ordinator was very bad at picking up the phone, the move day was very poorly organized. The crew weren’t briefed, they were not cautious, and complained several times that they had another move to go to and we were taking up too much time.
    The worst thing was they came to pack for an international move and didn’t bring even one fragile sticker knowing that we had many fragile items.
    Upon complaining many times we were told they would put fragile stickers onto the decided boxes before it was put on the container.
    Our boxes arrived and naturally NO STICKERS anywhere! When, via email, I pointed out to RMS Courier that the fragile stickers hadn’t been affixed, they replied: I can promise you that each item was labelled as fragile – I attach photos for your reference. The Fragile labels are the White and Red Stickers, attaching a blurred photo as a proof. Too bad the photo was from a shipment that wasn’t mine!!
    I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend them to any of my colleagues or expats community in general but it would be better if no one trusted this incompetent and unprofessional company called RMS Courier.
