I ordered purple blouse on last Friday. 36 euros down. Never got it.
My experience is the same as everyone else. My package has been stuck at this facility for over 2 weeks, same “in-transit” message everyday. I’m so frustrated and angry. This facility is 45 minutes from the delivery address. The only explanation I got for the delay from my local PO was weather, covid, holiday and the fact that I mailed my package too cheaply and if I’d paid more for priority it would probably be there by now! (I mailed it on 12/9 and the delivery date was 12/15 even with my “cheap postage”). How is it that they can find the package every few days to scan it so I get that “ in-transit” message but they can’t put it on a truck for the 45 minute drive??
Worst services ever.. checked in the main office and then they told me to go check in the warehouse .. I go to check in the warehouse and the lady is in a terrible mood and giving me attitude for no reason and tells me to go to a different warehouse to go check in with Bobby .. I check in with bobby and he tells me to wait for an open dock .. I came there at 8:25 and it’s 10 right now and still no dock! My delivery was set up for 1pm in York PA .. which I can’t make now .. so we had to cancel the load!
I just wanted to thank my FedEx person for putting my package in a plastic bag so it wouldn’t get wet. I had to leave before the FedEx truck arrived. The contents would have been ruined. Thank you!
