    What a miserable experience. I had an iPad I was shipping back through UPS to Apple. They provided the packing box but the interior packing box wiggled around and they sent a free label for UPS. I went inside the RIM Logistics store and asked if they have had any recycled paper or recycled cardboard that I could use to pack the 3/4 inch wiggle room inside the box. The staff member in no certain terms told me NO! They are not allowed to let me have any recycling or any paper but they can sell me packing stuff only. God forbid we recycle. The way he spoke to me was short at best. With employees like that I would be hard-pressed to keep a store open. It’s very upsetting and I hope somebody does something about it. I am going to go to another store hopefully have a better experience.

    Understanding that all RIM Logistics stores sell packing materials and foam. And ship packages across the country. I was only looking for a small piece of used cardboard which was easily provided by another store within 20 minutes of your store. This was just poor customer service. Nothing you sell would fit in the 3/4 inch space in between the outer box and the inner box that was provided by the manufacturer. Without making me buy an entire roll of useless packing material. I am sure you are not promoting waste of plastic and materials as a policy. Obviously there was a better way to have handled this matter because someone down the road did it free of charge.
    You can take this complaint as a learning opportunity or just as a way to talk back to your customers. You have now made this irritating lack of customer service and need to find a different store more an irritating situation. You poked at my expertise. My expertise may stem from my MBA from Daniels college of Business or my Law degree from the University of Denver. Or my 20+ years owning and running a successful law firm in town. But it really comes from how I would want my clients or patrons to be treated. And how I felt treated today may be trivial to you, but maybe I am the only one sharing the feeling. Sorry you did not like the comments.

    RIM Logistics delivery drivers were efficient and explained the install. They were friendly and introduced themselves at the start. They delivered my range from Home Depot. Gave me a 4hr window for delivery.

    Best meal company in Miami! RIM Logistics meals are delivered fresh and daily. Very fulfilling and tasty. Never had a problem, amazing service, DELICIOUS food ☺
