    Failed to send me digital passport pictures. When I rang the guy found it amusing and told me I’d have to go in again. I didn’t have time based on their opening hours so I had to go elsewhere. Waste of money and time. Avoid

    The answer phone message was absolutely unintelligible and when I punched in a 1 or 2 randomly hoping to talk to a real person but the call dropped off. I did this a number of times with no success. I would never have a parcel sent to this depot if I can help it.

    Worst customer experience. My package is in the building but they can’t actually issue it to me. I called prior to coming and I was told over the phone that I could pick up this package today by 7pm. I drive and hour only to be told that the package is in the building but needs to be rescanned before they can issue it to me.
    Customer service over the phone should have informed me that it wouldn’t be ready for today. Service at the counter was just unpleasant.

    First class service provided by the team at DB. On the day of our move they arrived early. Following completion 8-9 of their team turned up to speed up the unload process. Overall really impressive company and worth every penny.

    Worst courier service available, don’t answer their phone for weeks, when they finally do they talk extremely rudely. Unsure why the airlines give them the contract. WORST SERVICE! DON’T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
