   I have moved every 12 months for roughly 8 years and therefore have had 8 different removalists over the years. This past move with Fox Relocations was the worst by far. When the removalist arrived at our property in the morning, they had a look at all of our belongings and had us sign a waiver that all items were delivered in good condition – in hindsight this should have been signed at the end of the service so we could check that all of our items were in the same condition. The young removalist chipped our $900 marble top coffee table because he tried to fit it through our door way front on, rather than side on. So unfortunately the marble has a big chip in it now. We contacted Fox many times for assistance for reimbursement or repair on our coffee table and were dealing with a woman named Suzanne who was incredibly unprofessional and rude and told my partner to stop wasting her time as she was unwilling to help. We also had a whole box of items that was broken. We have had to escalate the issue to Fair Trading and Legal Aid as Fox are unwilling to assist. Just incredibly disappointing because we work hard to afford beautiful items for our home that we love and are proud of, only for them to be damaged by inexperienced removalists and then not to be assisted by rude customer service people. Would be best to avoid if you don’t want to take a gamble on the condition of your belongings!

   5 days from Balcatta to Leeming, still not arrived, they said they were busy, and it cost me $15, Amazon is free and sometimes same day
