   I was exchanging furniture between two Boston apartments. There were not many items, so a small truck and two movers were enough for the job. This company could deal with my job on Friday afternoon – it was fine for me. The guys were very fast – by nine pm everything was sorted out. I was really glad that they could manage it so fast and flawlessly and without issues.

   Absolutely terrible customer service at this location! Do your blood pressure a favor and stay away. The owner is rude and belittling. Simply didn’t have a tracking number for the package I paid extra to have re-routed to this store. Give them my name, and they look around for 30 second. “Sorry it’s not here, without a tracking number we can’t look it up” I offer my name, address, card I paid with. Nope none work. I go out and find the tracking number, go back in…same owner, that’s a post office tracking number. Meanwhile another employee finds the box in the back. With my full name, and address on the box… then they say the shipping label my company filled out had my name in the wrong spot and that’s why they couldn’t find it… don’t go here unless you want to get treated as if you work for UPS and should know all of the ins and outs of how to do their job.

   Second day without mail picked up from my mailbox with the flag up.
   Spoke with neighbors, none of us get mail a few days a week.
