    Went the day before Christmas eve with a parcel. The Redline bloke said he had no space for it. Could not take it. Really bad service. He was very unhelpful. Says no space. I find him very rude if you don’t enjoy your job don’t do it. It’s a shame.

    Owner Mr O’Brian like Papa bear in nursery rhyme. Sits in a BIG chair in Redline office overlooking proceedings and demanding you call him!
    Whose been making infringements or minor accidents?
    If you do you’re OUT! No chance to state your case, so feel used.
    Small company. Most trailer doors jammed. Pay low wages. I expect it’s for owner’s sailing trips.
    I lasted two weekends. Run by very young transport manager and his buddy.

    Do not use Redline at all cost. Item ordered and dispatched using Redline Express by the seller on the 8th Feb 2022 and in transit the same day in CHULLORA NSW, 2190. Today is the 19th of February 2022 and the parcel is in MINCHINBURY NSW, 2770. Using Google maps, the item has traveled an amazing 30km in 11 days. The normal travel between these two points via M4 takes 34 minutes. Pathetic company!!

    I have been to this Redline location twice and my experiences in both occasions were great. In my recent visit (July 16, 2019), Hamid was super nice. He packaged the item I was returning to Amazon. And I also observed him to be very helpful and nice to another customer. Great job, Hamid!
