   Garbage company. Paid for insurance on item which they lost then. Made it extremely hard to claim then rejected the claim Stating goods were on excluded list. They were not. No way of appealing. Avoid

   Brilliant service! My experience so far has been that it’s not only cheaper than Royal Mail but you get more for your money – like the tracking and the recipient’s signature. The convenience of popping it into my local shop and not having to queue with loads of people in a post office is another advantage!

   Folk, who manages the company, is so communicative, friendly, kind and reliable! He kept me updated on the exact time of arrival, assisted me with a donation and his team was friendly and helpful. Everything went as smoothly as possible and I’m so grateful for the amazing customer service provided!!
