    This is a fraud company, there are amounts pending from Red Express to be refunded to us as security deposit for cartoon boxes. The 5 star reviews are paid reviews. Please avoid taking services from this company. We have many items broken as well during transit from them.

    Worst courier in Imphal! I don’t know why many online shopping companies are sending our parcels through Red Express. Even if the parcel is in the delivery centre they won’t deliver it for more than 3-4 days. Customers have to go to their office to collect the parcel. The staffs are not so friendly when we enquire about our parcels. Sometimes the parcel got returned if we failed to enquire about it. Ultimately it’s the customers who lose a lot of their time.

    Card left, instructions were useless from Red Express, took me to website and still couldn’t tell me where my parcel was. Called help line, and they told me to wait for an SMS. Very frustrating. Still don’t know where my parcel is 22 hours after failed delivery!

    To be honest, I was anticipating my package from KL anxiously. I’m not sure if different branches have different performance, but surely the KL towards Simpang Ampat branch of Red Express was fast enough. Simpang Ampat’s branch was very slow, my package was on hold at their branch for 2 straight days! I called up this morning to confirm if my delivery is coming today, and I received yes as an answer. It’s already 3:30pm in the afternoon and I haven’t even received it yet! Tried to call the office number but suddenly it doesn’t go through anymore. It rejected straight away! Very bad service!
